You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will have access to the Golden Academy portal until the end of your billing period, and access to the Golden Academy Facebook group will be removed at the point of giving notice of cancellation, as per our terms and conditions.

Nous is our virtual assistant, he's an artificial intelligence trained with all the content of The Golden Academy, and is named after the ancester of all golden retrievers. You can speak to him by tapping the yellow speech bubble icon and the bottom of your screen.
