Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by following the directions provided on our website.
- Upon giving notice of cancellation, you will continue to have access to the training portal until the end of your current billing period.
- Upon giving notice of cancellation, you will lose access to the Golden Geeks community group immediately.
2. Annual Memberships
- Annual memberships may be cancelled early.
- An early cancellation fee of Ā£79.99 applies.
- Any eligible refund will be issued on a pro-rata basis for the remaining time left in the current billing period, minus the Ā£79.99 early cancellation fee.
3. Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, but are not eligible forĀ refund outside of the initial 30 Day Money Back Guarantee period.
4. 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Products and services sold with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee are only covered where payment is made directly to The Golden Academy through the website checkout process.
The following payment methods are excluded from the guarantee:
- Direct invoice payments
- Bank transfers
- Payments made indirectly through a third party
5. Gifted, Resold, or Transferred Products
Any product or service purchased from The Golden Academy and later gifted, transferred, or resold to another party is no longer covered by any guarantee, including the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
The Golden Academy also reserves the right to withdraw services and support under these circumstances.
6. Free Trials and Complimentary Access
Products or services provided without payment, including free trials or gifted access, are not eligible for refunds.
The Golden Academy reserves the right to withdraw complimentary products, services, or related support at its discretion.
